Allison Bone MS, RD, CEDRD

Owner and Lead Dietitian

Allison is a registered dietitian and the owner of Untamed Nutrition Therapy. Allison is a certified eating disorder dietitian and sports dietitian with over ten years of experience. Allison has worked in many areas of nutrition; however, her heart has always been pulled towards eating disorders and sports nutrition due to her own personal journey with both.

Allison has worked at all levels of care, from in-patient eating disorder treatment to outpatient care, and has also worked with athletes at all levels. She has experience working with adults, adolescents, and families struggling with all types of difficult eating/feeding situations, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, avoidant eating disorders, and picky eating.

For over a decade, Allison has personally and professionally devoted herself to learning, practicing, and promoting Health at Every Size, intuitive eating, and non-diet approaches to living.  She believes that all bodies are inherently different in size, shape, and capabilities, that all bodies deserve respect, care, and compassion, and that every person can reach the ability to eat intuitively.  Allison is passionate about helping  individuals develop a positive relationship with food, their bodies, and with movement.

Allison’s passions outside of my work include reading, running, hiking, exploring the outdoors, and doing anything with my husband and daughter.

Angie Suarez, RD

Registered Dietitian

Angie has been passionate about the mental health space since she was a student and intern.  She quickly recognized that psychology, food, and health connect in a holistic care approach. Angie grew up, studied, and worked locally in Long Beach, CA with a diverse population. As a nutrition assistant and mental health tech, she supported adolescents in their substance abuse recovery in residential treatment. She went on to work in the eating disorder field with individuals of all ages in residential, outpatient, and virtual levels of care. She currently works as a part-time dietitian at a psychiatric hospital, assessing and caring for patients. Angie is passionate about counseling since she values one-on-one interactions with clients to help guide them toward their goals using compassion and evidence-based science.

Angie is pleased to be on the Untamed Nutrition Therapy team to continue assisting clients in finding food freedom and practicing body respect using health at every size, intuitive eating, and all foods fit philosophies. She believes these same philosophies can be uniquely applied to a person with chronic conditions using a weight-neutral approach to empower clients to make positive, life-lasting changes.

In her free time, Angie enjoys crocheting, photography, and listening to podcasts.
