REFERRAL INFORMATION

FAMILY-BASED TREATMENT

Family Based Treatment, or FBT, is a treatment structure that was developed to help families support teens struggling with an eating disorder.  It is considered the gold standard treatment for teens and helps reduce the chance of needing a higher level of care. ​
 

Our dietitians are trained in FBT and can provide your family with guidance and support throughout your child's recovery. 

Family Dinner

Some states, including California, require a doctor's referral to see a registered dietitian.  We are here to make the process as easy as possible.  Your doctor can simply fax a referral to 844-444-0943 or fill out this form.
