Insurance and Benefits Check

Untamed Nutrition Therapy is in network with:

  • Aetna

  • ASR Health Benefits

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Healthnet

  • Health Alliance Plan (HAP)

  • Medical/Central California Alliance for Health

  • McLaren

  • Meridian

  • United Healthcare

  • Valley Health Plan

    Prior to your initial visit we will contact your insurance provider to confirm eligibilty and provide you with an estimate of coverage. 

 

In addition to us checking benefits, we highly encourage clients to check their own insurance benefits by calling the member number on the back of their insurance card. For guidance on what to ask what when you call please see this Guide for Checking Benefits. 

For other insurances companies, we are out-of-network providers which means we can provide you a superbill to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service for those using out of network benefits.

Session Rates

Untamed Nutrition Therapy out-of-pocket rates are as follows:

  • Initial 90-minute Individual Nutrition Session: $270

  • Initial 60-minute Individual Nutrition Session: $180

  • 60-minute follow-up Nutrition Session: $155

  • 30-minute follow-up Nutrition Session: $80

  • Monthly Subscription: $750 (5 sessions, including the initial session)

 

**Please note that insurance rates may vary from these rates depending on the insurance provider and your individual plan.

Sliding Scale

Untamed Nutrition Therapy offers sliding scale rates for those who may be experiencing financial hardship.
