Prior to your initial visit we will contact your insurance provider to confirm eligibilty and provide you with an estimate of coverage. 

In addition to us checking benefits, we highly encourage clients to check their own insurance benefits by calling the member number on the back of their insurance card. For guidance on what to ask what when you call please see this Guide for Checking Benefits. 

For other insurances companies, we are out-of-network providers which means we can provide you a superbill to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service for those using out of network benefits.
